Infringing Intellectual Property

Through the Intellectual Property Management Board chaired by the Cabinet Office, APMG work together with the Cabinet Office and TSO to actively assist in the protection of the Cabinet Office's IP by direct surveillance of websites and by using our network of Accredited Organizations to bring potential infringements to our attention and take action where necessary.

We rely on our network of Accredited Organizations and members of the APMG community to notify us of anything that they regard as a mis-use of IPR including the provision of unaccredited training. All notifications are taken very seriously and are investigated very thoroughly.
