Use of M_o_R Intellectual Property
The M_o_R logo has been replaced by the new M_o_R swirl logo in line with the 2007 version of the Management of Risk manual which was published in March 2007.
Accredited Training and Consulting Organisations
An M_o_R Accreditation Mark has been created as a means of identifying M_o_R Accredited Training and Consulting Organisations:
M_o_R® is a Registered Trade Mark of the Office of Government Commerce in the United Kingdom and other countries
The Swirl logo™ is a Trade Mark of the Office of Government Commerce
The M_o_R Accreditation Mark™ is a Trade Mark of the Office of Government Commerce
The M_o_R Accreditation Mark as shown above is exclusively for use by M_o_R Accredited Training and Consulting Organisations as a benefit of accreditation, and cannot be licensed for use by any other organisations or individuals.
Licensing of M_o_R Crown Copyright
The content of the OGC core M_o_R publications as published by TSO is protected by Crown copyright, and may only be used under licence from OGC.
M_o_R Accredited Training and Consulting Organisations are permitted to use the M_o_R trade mark and copyright material from core M_o_R publications under licence in accredited materials and marketing activities relating directly to their accredited offerings. Accredited organisations wishing to use OGC's intellectual property for other purposes must apply to APMG for a Trade Mark Licence.
Unaccredited organisations and individuals must apply to APMG for a Trade Mark Licence if they wish to use the M_o_R trade mark (word mark) or copyright from official M_o_R publications.
