M_o_R Re-Registration Examination

Since January 1 2008, a Re-registration exam for M_o_R has been available.

All M_o_R Practitioners should be re-registered within 3-5 years of their original certification. This Re-registration comprises a 1.5 hour examination. All Practitioners who have taken the examination have agreed to this requirement as part of their initial application and so are now designated as Registered Practitioners.

All Practitioners certified have the opportunity to take the Re-registration examination in order to demonstrate their commitment to professional development. This is particularly important following the recent update to the M_o_R Guide.

By taking the Re-registration examinations, candidates are able to demonstrate to employers and prospective employers the recency of their knowledge and commitment to Continuing Professional Development.

The format of the Practitioner Re-registration exam is:

  • 75 minutes with 15 minutes pre reading time
  • Open book
  • Contains 2 sections
  • Section "A"must be attempted and represents 15 out of 40 marks
  • Section "B" contains 2 questions - 1 must be attempted. A total of 25 marks are available for section B
  • A total score of 20 out of 40 is required to pass.
